Meet Todd

Todd Phelan has spent his entire life telling stories. From telling tall tales as the class clown to writing compelling narratives for small businesses, stories are what motivate Todd -- stories and pictures. Put them together, and you get a film. Putting them together is just what Todd has been doing since he was a communications student at Lamar University in his hometown of Beaumont, Texas. Todd has been a professional filmmaker off and on since the late 1990s. He has worked as a video and film editor, sound technician, writer, producer, and director.
